WELCOME!

This website is dedicated to the preservation of biodiversity worldwide.  We are turning our passion into action!  Our contributors have a few things in common: a love for Earth's biodiversity, a commitment to teaching, and a strong desire to make positive change in the world.

Our main focus is on the conservation of biodiversity.  Biodiversity loss is a severe problem worldwide.  We want to help put a stop to the process of declining biodiversity on Earth.  We will address the problem by providing simple, easy things you can do at home and in your everyday lives that ultimately work towards our common goal of the conservation of biodiversity.  We will provide educational information to help answer your questions.  We will provide ideas, creative writings and art to ponder.

If you are a student, teacher and/or new to the subject of biodiversity, start with LEARN.
Or, jump right in to our "Feature Columns" section.  Transect provides an illumination of the incredible biodiversity within selected ecosystems from around the globe; Let Your Children Play With Bugs will get you going exploring the world of insects with your children; Biodiversity Gardening: A Documentary follows the creation of a biodiversity garden on a property within the eastern deciduous forest ecosystem of North America.  We will post new material periodically, as often as we can.

This website is about biodiversity, and gardening, but it is also about being human.

Check it out, and let us know your thoughts.  We want to hear from you!  Contact Us
